trey was probably juicing back then.

a high school kid weighing 240, benching 480.

there were some kids around here (in MD) that did that, but i know for a fact they were juicing.

they even said so.

Believe it or not those lifts are accurate.  Trey is a power lifter and won Nationals (for all you idiots, this means he was the strongest in the nation) when he was 17 w/ a 520lb bench.  If you don't want to believe his lifts, then don't but they are accurate!

This will turn out to be a typical thread about Trey w/everyone hating on the fact that he is a true freak.

Let the hating begin.............

Could you tell me what National Powerlifting Org it was?

I have seen the webpage where it said Trey lifted those numbers in competition. I will look for it in a bit after I shower (just got back from the gym).

Google turns up the following results

http://users.pandora.be/wpcbelgium/wpcworld/results/benchAPC2004.htm

http://www.irondawg.com/2003%20ga.%20open.htm

http://irondawg.com/2003%20georgia%20open%20march%2029.htm

I am sure there's alot more...
it said that Trey benched 170KG which is 375 pounds, that's A LONG WAY from 480 in college and "650-700" which he claims as a pro.

If Trey posts a video of him meeting any of those lifts, I will finally admit that my diet advice is all a scam to get people wound up.

Who the hell are you? 8 posts, you don't seem to have given much diet advice yet!

It depends if he meant in a bench shirt or not. With no shirt absolutely NOT!!!The all time raw record is 715,I doubt hes close to approaching that. Also,if he was squatting in a suit,Id definately believe him,no suit,BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!

He states that when he was 17 he benched 520 in an official meet, and goes on to say if he maxed out he would be benching 650-750lbs, inclining 550-600lbs and squatting 850lbs.

Thanks but it would still help to get the name of the National Powerlifting Org that he holds the state record for.

that page claims he holds the record.  all of the powerlifting links show what he actually lifted.  show us something from a organized event site that actually shows those numbers.  so far the most that has been found is 375lbs.  the first link shows a total weight of 0

OK.  375 lbs. for a 17 year old is believable and pretty damn good to be honest.
These other claims are straight up BS.

375 is great for a 17 year old but it is a LONG WAY from 480 in college and the ridiculous 650-750 he claims he could do now.

Read the post above.  425 was his lift to win the GA games in 03'.  I am still looking for the info on his lifts that were greater than this, when I find them I will post them on here.
