he's doing barbell inclines, i believe the clip up until the 405 part, i think the 4th plate is fake, it just looks way too easy plus you never see him load the fourth plate but you do see him load up to 315.

It is interesting that even at the higher weight he keeps that same grip (thumb under the bar). It doesn't mean much but I never feel comfortable when approaching max with that grip

do you believe the 405? it's interesting that you don't see him load it and that the 4th plate is a different color.

Yeah, I guess pressing 405 is unrealistic isn't it?

it is when you consider the apparent ease with which he did it, even Bill Kazmaier or Anthony Clark couldn't incline 405 that easy.

Totally real.  405 is not a stretch on incline.  If you can't even do 315 on it have have been training consistently for longer than 6-7 years give up now.

the only thing here would be better condition. His chest (wich i dont know why people attack ) looks very good and thick, even on poses where his arms are up. And for sure its not a bad back.

I don't know what the fuck you're smoking, I saw Kaz incline 405 like it was nothing.....this was at Coffee's Gym in Marietta.....please have a clue what you're typing in a thread next time
