Clubs > Meds, Moomba, System, La Boom (it's ok), Opera (overated), club 1234 (snobby but ok)...apart from that there are maybe 20-25 clubs which are not big-time but have a good following. my fav: Moomba

pro gym, i actually train there from time to time with my GF, but not every single week because it's too long a drive for me! lol 20 mins almost.

equipment and space is like no other, but its kind of half half, they have a great variety of machines and dumbbells but not everything is "new" Its like the gold's gym in venice, people just go there because it's well known mostly. Definitely one of the best in MTL and if you're in the area, that is THE gym to be at. (warning: alot of hot chicks! many strippers!)

NEVER GO TO STEREO!!! I am into house music and trance but that place is way to gay.

It didn't open till like 2:30. We were watching DJ John Digweed. My girl and I just started dancing and the pills kicked in having a great time, then whamm a bus just dropped them off or something. Fuck it was wierd seeing other jacked dudes fully making out next to me.

in Centropolis (Laval) city right off montreal island. (30 seconds from highway 15)
and the show is just 3 mins down that highway.

Yeah. Where as Simon has the mass, but never gets the fine tuning.
I remember when he won the canada he had SOFT-glutes. and i mean really flabby.
everything else was fine.
I remember watching him on stage in the overall, and fouad Abiad was poking his glutes (poking simons) during the back shots in the callouts, to show the judges that he had soft glutes, he's such a jackass, i bet thats why he lost. you dont do that shit.
it's like kamali and farah back in last years new york pro. Fighting for an elbow in front of the other.
Anyways i lost alot of respect for Fouad on that.

And yeah I heard Fouad was pissed that he lost the overall and yelled at the judges in the hotel lobby
