first of im not gona starve maself. i eat prob 2 x a day maybe 3 i dnt eat any junk food, we talkin chicken and rice. got me some bronkaid, so i will go on the treadmill after i use it, i dnt mind puttting in 2 hrs a day, it keeps me from other bad habits! Now say i was a bb preparing for a contest how many cals does he eat from say 3 meals? about 3000? now how much should i burn on the tread? 1000 ? 500? 1500?
Sorry adonis but its my body, and id rather not experiment with ya principles. id rather do GH slin than try them.
