nop, if you knew bodybuilding, you would know that pics means nothing

a tiny tit can look incredible in pictures yet you see him and he is 160 lbs soaking wet.

that's why I will never compete in the online contests like Mr.Getbig or the MD contests.

I never agreed to it. Besides I am not giving this 100% as I have other things I need to focus on. Maybe in the future I will give 110% and become mr. Olympia like its no big deal. I mean if Jay can do it anyone can right? Especially me with my great genetics and work ethic.

You really should get some measurements taken right at the 10 week mark, as well as the 5 week mark. Then you will be able to compare with the next contest, give you an idea if you're ahead or behind.

Check BF % and weight.

Hmm, this is my training partner at 9 weeks out...its his first time...i guess hes ahead of schedule conidtioning wise compared to where you are Mike. I think he has lots of potential as a Masters competitor. Hes 42, weighs 177 here, at 5'8"

Its his first show, so I really brainwashed him in that its better hes ahead of schedule than behind. He is inspiring me and i cant believe he looks so much better than me now!

I just havent had the motivation to stick to eating right. But hes been an inspiration. His legs have come a looooooooooooong way, and are constantyl improving with my workouts
