can you speak on the slimmed down Jay we're seeing there?  Did he get hurt?  Did he scale back his supplementation?  Is he giving himself a month or two off before prepping for the Olympia rampup?

Seems weird he'd stay as amp'd up as he did for an entire SIX months after the O, then cut back now.
Rob, I don't know what to say except that Jay was between 295-298 there, everone over there thought he looked gigantic.  He'll be in Idaho today guest posing so I'm sure we'll see pics online.

He looks gigantic, no denying that.  I'm just saying compared to the pics of his doing guest posing 2 or 4 months ago, he looks smaller.  He looked sick in those earlier pics.  his delts look smaller in recent pics.

What is his strategy this time, by the way?  How many weeks out is he getting started?
