get more dedicated? i have been lifting close to 2 years now and i have tried all kinds of routines. i have grown OK with some volume routines but always felt like i was overtraining even when i planned out bodyparts and had days off. i dont think i will ever switch back after going to HIT. when i started HIT i was doing mon wed fri full body routines but i still didnt feel all the way recovered, now im doing monday and thursday full body workouts in the gym for less than 25 minutes each day, it sounds crazy i didnt believe it would work either until i decided to give it a try, being natural you need lots of time to rest if you really train hard, overtraining is your worst enemy...
