his midsection is terrible, even when he sucks it in. Thick guy, with good muscle shape, but too bad about his midsection/gut.He does resemble Mustafa a bit, indeed.

I agree, I just don't see how the hype adds up. Don't get me wrong, he's impressively built and conditioned, but put together really oddly.

I keep hearing this nonsense all the time...and must point out that waistlines of my athletes change THE LEAST...everything else changes much more dramatically.
Take for example any textbook physiology and see men at their 20's, 30's, 40's....etc...and you'll see normal body transformation through ages...with everincreasing waistlines...

I claim that my athletes hardly increased their waistlines with my program...However, as their body weight increased so dramatically - sometimes it might appear that way.
