MIT is in Cambridge. A ton of coeds from many different schools live in cambridge. It is a very popular area for students not living on the campus of there particular school. There are so many colleges in the city that whatever party you go to will have a healthy mix of students from all different schools. Two of the people putting on the party where from MIT the other two from NEU ( Kind of a party school). It was in a off campus triple decker and yes there was a healthy amount of good looking coeds from many different school there. No idea who was from what school, didnt really care. Don't think most the chicks who showed up cared what school's students where putting on the party. Most jus followed the fliers that promised booz and a dj. They where more interested in the kegs and dj if I remeber correctly ( this was 3 years ago lol). I can remember walking in and wondering "where the hell did this party come from". My buddy then told me two of the hosts where MIT students and we cracked a "pencil protector" joke. Needless to say the party was pretty good and I was surprised.
I was a bartender at a large club in the city at the time, and having attended BU I was used to pretty good parties while in school. Yes, MIT people can throw a good party. There are 75 colleges in and around Boston and the surrounding areas.. With a student population of over 275,000 come fall in MA, there are coeds everywhere. When you go to a party and there is a ton of kegs and people everywhere you don't really pay attention to what school's students are putting the party on. many times 10 people from several different schools live together as roomates. Many area's where MIT students live are packed with students from other schools in the city. Since MIT is smack in the middle of a area that is mostly college students. When you go to school in Boston it is not really like going to school at a typical large campus. There are a ton of large schools within the campus of the entire city of Boston. But yea It would be a safe bet to assume most the chicks who attend MIT are pretty beat with full bush's.
