Yeah, I'm sure you just HUGE and RIPPED now. Most guys are at least 20 pounds over their competition weight, so what? If you dieted for another show, you'd come in looking just like you do now. You are a delusional POS, unclekaje.
And funny how you never address your BS claim to be a real doctor. What about your misleading handle? Who has a problem with the truth?
I did think about that factor. Am quite a bit bigger but in the same vein you never know how things will look until dieted down. I'll definately diet better the next time and be less stressed so it should be an even better experience. Working out, dieting, etc.. with a target date in mind seemed to be a good thing. That being said, it takes a lot of time, discipline and sacfice. I have a lot of respect for those who compete multiple times during the year. My guess is that they stay pretty close to their target weight. I don't carry a lot of fat and have eaten 6K/day at one point. At approx 12%, this is pretty fat, for me. The 12% is a guess.
Didn't feel your "dr" issue needed adressing. I have a doctorate, do you?
PHDs use the term, should they not.
DO's use the term, should they stop.
Assuming it only applies to MDs proves your ignorance. My commenting on it further wouldn't have made you look any stupider so I passed.
Maybe you can hold the camera for JJ's lift.

Unless you know anything about why my fucking samsung d500 won't power up, you're not going to be very helpful today. Goddamn thing lost its will to live yesterday.
