Are bodybuilders prone to bad breath?

Look at exhibit A below, there are clear indications that exhibit A's breath smells like vinegar, acetone and garlic, and that exhibit A's body odour = unpleasant.
What do you think? Are bodybuilders like exhibit A prone to bad breath and horrible body odour?
