Helping him with diet and training. Its his first show. hes at 177 right now. Hes competing in the middle  weight class, at 175.  Weve been training together for a few years...he was 198 off season...5'8"...





These are from May24, hes sending me the pics we took today (April 14) hes looking MUCH BETTER! Esp the legs, i made him hit the stairmaster for cardio...its working- really bringing his quads out...

Anyhow..its his first show..his determination and consistency with diet is inspiring..shows no matter how much you know, if its not in your heart, you cant do it...

Looking good. I wonder if he is taking any steroids?  He kinda has that look.  Regardless he looks like the work is paying off!

Get him to pull his legs together on his side chest.  It will bring out the belly in the hamstring.
