yeah Ive heard they are some crazy fucks----------and some english say they're are the dirt of Europe---------why is this?

There is poverty to a certain degree.
The Middle part and to some extent the west of Wales are isolated, they are picturesque etc but tend to be boring for the Inhabitants, this leads to odd and a Village mentality, coupled with the fact that most of the Work will come from one big employer in the area they can be very narrow minded.
They really tend to escape through drinking heavily and sort of acting like White trash, very racist and blame England for their woes. Saying that due to the lack of amenities, local governments built a lot of leisure centres a while back and the gyms were not half bad, so some of these maniacs are fucking beasts!!
Its a horrible place to live when the hostility to England dominates their lives, they shield it with the "Welsh Passion" however its clear even in the media here that its simple a deep seated dislike for England.
