I'd rather have Garreth's physique than yours. Sure he has a fair bit of bf in that picture but it would only take 3-6 months to get rid of it, whereas with your physique it would take a few years to put on the muscle size necessary to catch up to Garreth. From some of the training pics I've seen Garreth seems to have already leaned down

I don't neccessarily agree or disagree with anyone. I just stated that gareth is fat as hell and there is a huge difference between being MUSCULAR and fat and just a plain, flat out fat ass...gareth is the latter. There is no excuse to ever get that fat if you are still able to train (haven't suffered a major injury). It shows a huge lack of self-respect and dedication.
