He used to post his info as THEWOLVERINE over on bb.com including full cycle info but SHOT deleted all the posts. Too bad, there was some good info.

He was taking alot more than an average user but nothing extreme like you'd think....He looks like he's tripled his dosage lately though with the bad jaw and hairline...unfortunate.

Does anyone remember the Frank McGrath / SHOT controversy on BB.com?

It might be that someone stole pics of Frank from a little known Canadian board and posted his cycles and vast knowledge of gear for years or it may be that Frank himself was posting, became popular after winning the CBBF nats and needed to coverup what he had posted so that people didn't have proof of how much gear he took:

"4 cc of eq per day pre contest

3000-4000 mg of test every 5 days

5-7 drols per day....with 100-150 mg of dbol with it

300-400 mg of winny per day

4-5 cc of tren 100 mg/ml per day"

Wow, that's actually a lot more than I thought. I remember there being a fair amount of GH but nothing as crazy as the above post...wow.

Don't really need proof. It's fairly obvious that he was trying to hide his usage once he turned pro and got popular. I have a feeling SHOT posted the above cycle to make him look foolish because I remember when WOLV posted his stuff and it was nowhere near that much.
