<< It is horribly written, directed, and put together. There is no plot. It is basically a music video for 90 minutes featuring cars and attractive women. Stay away, stay far away. Also, the sound is randomly really bad. I have no idea why this is, but you'd think they could afford decent microphones with the $25 million dollar budget. Also it is obvious that the movie was made simply because the producer spent his own money to complete the film. There is no way, no possible way, this movie would ever attract outside funding on any level whatsoever. >>

<< Wow, SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do NOT see this movie! It is possibly one of the worst movies I have EVER seen!

It makes Fast & the Furious look like a ****ing master piece!

OMG the movie was bad! It was ****ing terrible.

Not that I expected it to be good, but come on! I thought it would be decent...Or maybe the cars would make up for the worst acting I have ever witnessed. but NOOOOOOOOO!

I still can't get over how ****ing awful it was!

being an automobile enthusiast, I died a little inside after watching this piece of trash. >>

<< If for some reason, I become trapped in a room with this movie being played on repeat; I will gladly end my life. >>

<< Before watching this film I had very low expectations and went to just see the cars. Eventually I even regretted going for that reason. Plot is almost non-existent. Character development is non-existent. So many clichés and so much jaw-dropping cheesiness existed in the movie that I could only stare and wonder how it was even released. If not for the exotics, I wouldn't have even rated this movie a 1. An attempt at a coherent story line is destroyed by the sheer absurdity of this elite racing cult and the laughable characters that make up its members. In fact, the movie's plot is so predictable and simple-minded that an average child could foretell the majority of the storyline. Bad acting, bad plot, bad jokes, bad movie. >>

<< I snuck into an audience preview of this flaming pile the other day, and not only is it the worst film I've ever seen, it's by far the worst experience of my life. I'd rather rub my manhood in brown sugar and unleash a swarm of red fire ants on it before I'd ever sit through a frame of this piece of torturous bile again. This movie has to be the work of a top terrorist organization that has infiltrated our movie industry. It's like a subliminal pro-suicide reel that acts as a tool to convince viewers that their life is not worth living. If I'd had a weapon on me during the preview, I would have used it on myself within the opening sequence. Instead, I tried to slit my writs with my car keys >>

These are the views of the people, as expressed through various Internet tubes.

I present them here merely as a public service.  ;D

I could have told you "Redline" was a turd, without even seeing a preview.......

I can't of anything with Eddie Griffin (or whatever his name is) outside of Deuce Bigalow that was half decent.  :-\

I saw the movie.  It had some bad ass cars and a plot.  They certainly didn't spend any cash promoting the movie, but is worth seeing for those of us who like action movies.

They certainly didn't spend any cash promoting the movie,

Actually they did - it was only the third movie to use myspace to advertise (the first two were big successes) and had a pretty extensive TV deal over a month before launch.  They went all out promoting this, as even "accidently" crashed a 1.5 mil sports car a week before the movie came out (and happened to be filming).  This, of course, was a staged stunt, as the movie was already complete and sent to theaters.  However, Eddie Griffith decided to get back into character and they turned the set back on, and happened to film the high glossy crash which they had on myspace immediately...
