so this week i was gonna switch up my routine. little more intense few more sets but to only hit each muscle once a week. i was gonna do that for 2-4 weeks depending on results. but the length of workouts required for that i don't have time for so i'm sticking to twice a week for another 2 weeks probably. i'm doing this cuz well i just quit my job and i'm starting another one. its gonna take me a couple weeks of makin money off this new job just to get out of debt from what my old job didn't pay(the pay sucked at my old job). and i don't hardly have time to finish gettin my gym set up for the once a week program(i was gonna haul in more of my equipment). anything crazy like this ever happen to you as a bodybuilder? how did you react? i know most of you workout in a public gym but i dont because i have a few thousand dollars worth of equipment(i got a great deal on it).
