i'm a scientifically minded person and get bogged down in details easily. so things like that i notice immediately.
if adonis actually had a formula that could calculate to the calorie what one needed, then it would calculate it to the calorie. the body has so many variables it's impossible to always end in -00. theoretically speaking only 1% of his subjects should get even hundred calorie totals.
furthermore, he claims that he can tell what calories will do to the body minute by minute. if this were true, then the amount of calories taken in per meal would also have to be clearly delineated and it would actually mean there's no need for a daily amount. rather, he'd be giving the time of day to eat meals and how many calories should be in each meal.
he might say that it's hard to take in such specific numbers of calories. hard to break from even 10s to be sure, but i have a 190 calorie slim fast here beside me, a bag of chips with 210 calories in them and a bag with 130 calories. that's 530 calories, it's easy to calculate them to the 10.
unless you take his other advice and start eating things like a big piece of fish with any kind of sauce on it and a glass of wine. that's severe ballparking on caloric amounts, unless we take a scale, tea/tablespoons, and a measuring cup to restaurants. so now we're not even close to exact amounts, we're just guessing in the vicinity.
and if we're ballparking caloric amounts to get somewhere near an improbably-calculated even to the hundreds calorie total, doesn't it start to seem like adonis is just blowing smoke to sound like an expert so he can trick guys into sending him pictures of them in their underwear?
