For the record, I had and have no need to cling to the past regarding SIZE, hence no need to "GAS" again.
It's been almost 6 yrs since my last show and 6 yrs since my last use.
That said, I have nothing to prove nor desire to use.
My two cents but trust me when I say, "I'm enjoying my retirement from the stage with no desire to return to it."

I train 2 to 3 times per week, as my interests are more business related and family oriented. I dont focus on my Mass, Size, Muscles that doesn't mean I wil become Fat like Lee Priest

good for shawn he's still in bbing without participating in it,and has taken his new life seriously as family man,i don't think at the level he was at the time ,he could truly have been a "family man".too much money going out to be the best he was at his profession.now his focus is his wife and child.labrada at his peak was able to juggle it ,he was rare example.strydom is still great but all his sacrifice's for what,and all that is spent to be still a pro bber .

Just trust me when I say, doing 1 show a year for the better part of my career had it's advantages. When not training for a show, I had no need to use.
I prepared basically 10 months out of the year for the Olympia Jan to Oct. But Contest Prep was 12 weeks.
That said, my weight never fluctuated much over 235 and I competed at 215lbs
No injuries and no regrets.
Yes I used but never Abused. Right or wrong, BBing aint what it used to be.
