decent upper body development, especially delts and arms. i take it your legs are shit since we never see em.

your back is defined alright but it lacks thickness, not definition. getting your body fat down further may show a few more cuts but you'll be as narrow as a pigeon at that point.
you need to start doing some serious heavy rowing and build some thickness in your back, especially lats. forget losing 20lbs. you can't afford to lose anything from your back, a strong breeze and you'll collapse.
