time off from ECA stack

Hey everyone,

I have been taking an ECA stack for a couple weeks now on the 3 days on 2 days off scenario...how long can I take it on this rotation before I have to take a longer break?

I wouldn't go longer than 3 months even with that dosing, and for me personally I would go even shorter. ECA can be addictive even using it 3-4 times a week...

do you mean mentally addicitive?  or physically? ( I guess not that it really matters)

I experienced no addiction whatsoever. Used it 3 months on I believe....took some time off just when I didn't feel like using it, maybe a couple days here and there.

I never went over 25mg in a 4 hour period.

The addiction is both physical and mental.  If you find yourself having to take them just to get you ASS out of bed in the morning, that might be a sign its time for a break.
