I agree with you in regards to Gaspari products, his stuff is amazing.. sadly though, there's so much shit out there that doesn't even come close to meeting label claims. :(

The review isn't written by me, but my roommate.  Another friend of mine said it tasted amazing.

My opinion: OTC supplements are all going to be around the same quality so the edge would go to the one with the best flavour.  Betancourt Nutrition is probably around the same quality as everything else on the market, but #1 for flavours.  Not to mention packaging - really colourful containers too.  :)  It is equally effective as anything else on the market and tastes better.  A+  :)



That's great but why not just slip some crystal light to go or 4C flavored packs into some cold water. It would accomplish the same.  Glutamine doesn't do s.h.i.t.  but if you catch yourself getting huge off the stuff let me know so I can swole up too!   Thanks in advance.   ;D

I did gain 10 pounds off Gaspari Nutrition SIZEON though...and I've kept it so far.  I will review it shortly.  I actually looked forward to my one drink of grape SIZEON each night lol.  Tasted great too.  :)

Yes gaspari does a good job. I would vouch for his stuff.

Yes lots of crap. gaspari and alri are about the only 2 companys I would use. ergopharm makes good products also. VPX is decent.

I also have to add jorge would have been better off going with a predigested glutamine peptide. l-glutamine is crap compared to glutamine peptide.

I'm about out of the creatine he sent me.  Loved the stuff.  Did a nifty little writeup.
