I think you have to have someone break both of you shinbones and let the doctors put a stretching device in place. The bones will grow together hence adding a cm or two to your height. Then repeat repeat repeat repaet....

get a 2 by 4 and cut accordingly to shoe size, nail to bottom of shoes, enjoy extra added height

If you do pilates and yoga you may grow an inch or 2 because of all the strecthing. But other than that, NO.

i saw a special on 20/20 once where some guy actually had an operation done on his legs to increase his height. i think the added extra bone or something. i hate being short too, but if you lift like a mad man and get super huge that way, you can ake up for it, cause you'' still look intimidating!

well if you have not hit puberty you can purchase some estrogen medicine and use it http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=34445

but ive also seen studies that show that once teenagers start producing testosterone from the FSH and estrogen is present then the epihyseal plates stop fusion and your that height sooo need to look into it more pretty intresting stuff

If you could find a way to trip your pituitary (sp.) gland then that could help... they do have medication to do this... But don't know how you would get it... I'm 6'2 6'3" and I always feel short... No need to bitch but shit I wish I was 6'6" at least.

If you are fully grown, i'd say make the most of it.

You don't worry so much about height when you're older.

When you're 70-80, height is the least of your troubles.

I am 6' and I have small man syndrome. My father is 6'4" and his brothers are 6'7", and 7'1". I am the shortest guy in my family!!! I hate it. My sister is 12 and she is 5'7" and wears a size 11 in womens shoes. I hate being short!
