yes at least upper body. derek got him beat on traps. columbo got bigger chest but i prefer the form of dereks. arms are about equal.

I believe he once boasted about a 405lbs squat. Which is pretty pathetic if you ask me. It wasn't a max lift but a work set, still very sad for a dude doing that much gear.

im 185 now..and i max squat 405....so if derek is 240 he should be able to do a lot more than that for reps....and Bluto, that was the shittiest comparison of DA to Columbu.....the only thing that derek has over columbu is weight.
