is MRM's BCAA+G, this stuff is amazing, have noticed increased pumps, recovery, energy levels in the gym, awesome stuff, only problem is that you have to dump the powder in your mouth and then chase it with water but the scoop is tiny so it's not that bad, 3 tiny scoops is 5 grams of BCAA's and 1 gram of glutamine, you can take it with meals even and it doesn't interfere with digestion, way better than protein powders IMO.
