it cant be won as we are doin it now. but technically, YES, IT CAN BE WON.
just like we could have steamrolled Vietnam if we had really wanted to. think about it. we beat IMPERIAL JAPAN in the same exact territory.
it just gets on my nerves. yes, we CAN win if we were really commited to it. as we are now, no, its a loss. but reallistically we could win easily if we sent enough of a force. the poublic wont support it now, so we wont, but lest be clear on onw thing:
Technically the war IS WINNABLE, if we really wanted to.

put 150,000 troops in iraq, with freedom to 'do what they need to do', and within 2 months the nation would be secured.
