hey there,
going to see Dennis James at a seminar in ireland next saturday. dorian will also be there to m.c. an amateur contest after. I'll try and get a big cheesy bob chic-style double thumbs up pic with both of them. Any questions you wolud like me to ask D.J. (here comes a barage of stupid drug/G.F.P.jokes)

Ask Dennis if he knows the difference between T Bar/Barbell Rows and T Bar/Barbell Shrugs?
Also ask Dorian critique Dennis' back training so that he can actually bring it up.

why don't you just e mail Dennis yourself with some pics of your huge back and tell him what he's doing wrong "farkenell", show him what a real mass monsters back looks like. ::)

Forgot to say it's in limerick in the university concert hall. It's about 2 1/2 hour drive from dublin.
