Lol, unless if it was past your shoulders and you had particularly beautious locks for a boy, then no, not really.

But in answer to the question, no, never cut it because of emotional distress. Mostly because of split ends. $:-\$

no...never had long hair except for when I was 3 or 4.

About a year ago...I decided to go for the Jason Statham look. Being a former marine...it wasn't like a big switch for me....but I keep it closer & shorter than I had in the Corps.

my mom did when i was about 6! i got gum in it and tried to get it out on my own. I just made it worse. instead of getting it out...she cut it. i looked like a freakin boy!!!

Statistically speaking, personal drama and drastic hair style changes are correlated. I know many salon/spa owners try to talk women out of it, as they can sometimes regret later.

I recently chopped my hair and the response from women was good but I have noticed alot of men prefer long hair.

I like short cuts on others, they look cute, but I could never cut mine. I've always had really long hair and can't even envision myself without it. It's a pain in the neck though, especially with this heat $:-\$

Short hair cuts usually come after a breakup. The guy goes, ...and so does the hair.

Personally, I could never cut mine either. If I feel like a sporting a short style, ...I'll throw on a wig.
