5'11, 165lbs, 22% bodyfat, max bench: 180lbs, best squat 2x195lbs

Oh god...at the bare minimum a shave was in order.  Christ.  I must admit though, I'm thankful for Vince G though, because with my shitty genes, he makes me train harder than I ever have before so I don't ever have to risk looking that terrible if and when I do it the stage for the first time.

I was around 15% at 226 pounds.  Offseason but I didn't go overboard in weight like last year

How tall are you?

so with a few months of dieting after that picture was taken you could compete at about 205 lbs?  Why is it that only you look so much smaller in your pictures than your bodyweight claims would imply?
