about 8 to 10 whole eggs a day, cholesterol is perfect.   the egg yolk being bad for you is a myth.

I drink anywhere from 8-24 mostly whole always raw eggs daily.  I say mostly whole because sometimes I only drink the yolk-never just the white-that is a total waste.

i bet someone told you that waitng for a child to finish puberty before having sexual contact with them is a myth too ?

I eat 5 whole eggs, half a chopped onion, 1 chopped new potato with chipolte(sp) seasoning all scrambled together for breakfast about everyday with OJ and milk to drink....My favorite breakfast and wouldn't change it.....

i eat from 2-5 whole eggs a day, i thought that was bad, until i read this thread

lots of heart attack patients posting here , and bast that was damn funny..vegetable in ass  ;)

I dont have much of an appetite when I first get up in the morning, due to the meal before bed and the shakes during the night, so I have a protein shake as soon as I rise, then eat a meal 1 hour later, normally meat, brown rice and veges.

Ruhl stated he does the same.

I don't eat eggs at home, only if at resturant buffet and they have eggs benedict or something really fucking good!
