Been sicker than shit this past month and need a complete overhaul........will this theory work...just fing keep it simple..   Keep in mind, I sit all day and no cardio.........

As you know, I find a diet, stick with it, and then something happens. I.e. this last time I was solid for over a month, then got hit with a stomach virus for a month (back to back) and today was the first day I felt good. Rather than develop a new diet and bore you guys with wasted time, why would it be so bad to keep it very simple and short. Here's my idea. Currently sitting at 6'2 and about 160. Cardio is now 1x a week...my daily activities are office work for 10 hours and pm training, my metabolism has slowed, but I stay lean with good wholesome foods. Will this theory work?

6 meals
4 cups oats, 12 egg whites, 3/4lb chick, 3/4lb flank, 1 cytogainer'
spaced evenly in each meal.

7:30 3/4 cup oats each meal 2.5oz of chick and 2.5 oz flank each meal10am
1pm (pretraining)
5pm post training shake - cytogainer
7pm pw meal
9pm prebed meal......915 bed!



4 cups of oats 40.00g pro 216.00gcarbs 24.00gfat 1,200.00cals




3/4 lb of chicken breast 106g pro 0gcarbs 12gfat 562cals



3/4 lb of flank 0 g carbs 84.00g pro 21.00gfat 540.00 cals


dozen egg whites 26.00g pro 2.00g carbs - 130.00cals



1 pw shake - cytogainer 570cals 6g fat 80g carbs 45g pro
