Stallone offers evidence in hormone case
Tue Apr 24, 2007 8:05AM EDT

SYDNEY (Reuters) - Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone has provided medical documents to Australia's customs after being charged with importing 48 vials of banned human growth hormone, his lawyer told a Sydney court on Tuesday.

Stallone, who has not yet entered a plea, was not in the Sydney court for the brief hearing. His case was adjourned until May 15 to allow customs to examine Stallone's medical material, which was not revealed in court.

Stallone's lawyer, John Chicken, said the matter should be finalized soon. "We're certainly seeking to move to a resolution," he told the court.

The Australian Customs Service has charged Stallone with one count of importing a prohibited import when he was detained at Sydney airport on February 16.

Customs said the 48 vials of prohibited human growth hormone were found in his luggage. The maximum fine for the offence is A$110,000 (US$91,600).

Stallone left Australia on February 19, after a three-day visit to promote his new film, Rocky Balboa, bound for Thailand to shoot his latest Rambo movie.

Dude steroids are steroids, let me guess they took out the steroid "molecules" to have Stallon's "supplements" pass the test and then have a print-up of it for his court appearance ???

I never said it was right or that I agreed with it...the rich get richer, the poor get poorer and the middle class gets bigger.

Hgh isn't a controlled substance in the USA, but he was caught with it in Australia where it is a controlled substance, its common for a man his age to be prescribed hgh and test. I'm sure all he will have to do is show that he has a perscription for it and that will be the end of it. If I had his money I would use HGH year round.

What you said is likely to be the case...The real funny thing is that guys Sly's age get prescribed test/hgh all the time and their insurance even pays for most of it...This is just the media's attempt to bring a bad name to AAS/GH once again...And you wonder why their are so many ignorant people out there that think if you do one cycle of AAS you will have heart trouble, murder people and shrink your cock.... ::)
