good luck,he'll do well.when in top shape has a very pleasing and balanced look,great taper and poses second to none,he is low key and had to be nudged to post some updated pic's.keep it positive.

40....and should be proud to still have the desire to train and let alone to compete,even if he wins the title and calls it quits ,at least he would have attained pro status without looking like a complete mess,has great lines still after all competing nat level for 15 yrs ,he still has 4 nat titles already in different wght classes,so it's not like he isn't a winner.

Good luck to Vinnie at the Masters Nats. I have covered the show 4X on my website, & also covered other years in video reviews. The Masters Nats doesn't require qualification, like other national NPC shows, but at the top of each class it's competitive. Two pro cards are given (like the USA). The show isn't a pushover, as anyone who's seen it knows. If Vinnie is in the lightheavyweight over-40 class, he will be competing against Lance Johnson, who has vowed to come in at his all-time best. So it will be a very good show.

Lance is a real good guy, I had a chance to meet him and his wife at the north america last year....very classy guy...and an awesome bodybuilder.

I agree. Vinnie's doing this show has upped the competition & improved the profile of the show. It doesn't get the credit it deserves, which is why I've covered it on my website.

vinny doing any show at this point improves it,he could go either way master's or november's nat's and nail it.he has kept true to himself in his physique and not wreck a good thing,to blow up and kill his shape and balance.40 is the new 30 so he really isn't a master's yet lol....he is what bbing is all about.

well like i said vinny could do either national's,and anyone who could achieve anything in a particular sport at 40 ,is something to be personally proud of.bbing is one of the "sports" as u say that you could pull off being over 40,or golf lol........
