Jay contributes a lot and is actually very social in his actions  ........... throwing heavy weights around generates an airflow wich is very nice for other people working out at the same time

i like watching bb vids but this fucker ruins every single one he is in....and he has no fucking respect for gym equip, throwing
shit, dropping plates....he is the appitimy(sp?) of MEATHEAD

hopefully someday someone at metroflex will drop a 200lb db on this fuckers head

Isn't a guest poser supposed to be some kind of champion or near champion?  Someone with a high profile and an enviable physique?  Moore has neither.  How many contests has he won? Most people know him as "Branch's friend."  Bah!  Being a sidekick in bodybuilding is not a claim to fame.
