here's a guy who's literally got everything down in terms of what he needs to do to be successful. 1st he knows his shit about nutrition, listen to what he says it's golden information. 2nd, he's taken DC training and pushed it to the limits and done it EXACTLY how it should be done-heavy as hell, constantly progressing and doing the routine the way is SHOULD be done. Third, he's a good guy. He's never hesitated t answer any question I've thrown at him, now I have not bugged the guy but he's always responded..in fact I asked him if we could get together and have him critique my form on my chest movements and he had no problem with it....if you're reading this Troop, I've had some things come up and I can't do it for awhile, I'll contact you over the summer.
He's a good guy and I'm gonna say this as 100% natural: it doesn't matter what kind of drugs he takes, he has to bust his ass to be able to move the kind of weight he's moving on a consistant basis.
