if the person in the picture is a life time natural and i veryvery much doubt it,,but if he is,,he will not be 200lb and shredded,,,
~5lb = 1% bodyfat losing it the natural way!
he will be 200lb sitting at 10% bodyfat with quite big arms as in 18.5 inches which is very good for a 200lb pounder at 10%,,,rare are the ones who have 20+ inch arms at 5'10
natural even at 20%,,,RARE! im talkin about 1 out of 100 serious lifters if that!
he will have to lose it down to 180-185lb to become shredded as i consider 6% or under shredded for the general lifter
on hormones he will be 6% at 200lb or so,,thats right
trust me i am never wrong when it comes to body composition wether youre nartural or not,,
any arm that mesure over 20 inches at 5'10 is either very very uniqly blessed or been through years of on and off "therapy" called hormonization of the body,, m1t and all that other good stuff
there are some big country boys in usa,,,in some no where to be found towns,,,with big big arms,,but they usually sit at 12-13% 18-19 inch arms naturally at 5'10 or so,,nothin more,,they are the blessed ones as i call them,,by the way even many of them been through the needle and pills usually experimenting around but not prolong use,,those guys that do have those 18-19 inch natural arms at 5'10,,have it at over 10% bodyfat and years of training usually from teen age 13-14 in their local ymca or whatever you got there in usa,,their other bodyparts are usually lacking too in comparison to their arms since they put major concentration on the arms during the years,,this is NOT the case with the person in the picture since he is well developed
always think about it this way,,,
the body is the temple of the bodybuilder,,,NOTHING WILL STOP THE BODYBUILDER FROM GETTING TO WHERE HE WANTS,, same rule applys to the serious lifter,,its also true to any profession or obsessive hobby,,
you got aas and other hormones and fatburners and new peptides coming out of the asshole of every new source who come to town now days,,
if you have a house,,,you always wanna improve it make it worth more,,,if you have a car..you always wana improve it or you buy the best one,,,same with body
you are all lifters,,you all think and shit bodybuilding for morning launch and dinner,,,this is your main hobby,,,you go in the gym and all you do is lift and wanna be the best mother fucker who stand there bodywize,,you want all the girls to think you are the shit,,,right? and if you see someone better you get mad usually!
nothing stop trans like that,,,bodybuilding is severe addiction to hormones,,,even if youre clean sometimes or "natural" in your own little work place or town so you dont get marked by the little local sherrif office,,or say you are natural because your image can be hurt if you said otherwize and so is your market value,,,or you hide it from wifey,,,
it all comes to the same thing at the end,,,wanting to look the best possible way,,a carpenter got his tools,,a painter got his tools,,,and a bodybuilder too got his tools and that includes hormones in some form or another,,,wether it is in liquid suspension ,,or liquid solution ,,or ams or vials ,,or paper orals,,or tablets,,or pills,,or simply the powder themselves so you can suck them down your throat or put them in your protien powder,,,its all the same thing my friends
