 I don't think anyone on here knows that answer :'(. If we did it we could calculate exactly how much/what to eat and how fast we would grow. I posted a similar question but kept on getting 'eat 2grams per pound of bodyweight' or things like that... Things that had nothing to do with my questions, that being said, I think there are too many variables to give a accurate answer to that question. Such as the protein consumed, amounts and types of other macro nutrients consumed along with the protein source(s), the micro nutrient profile, intestinal health and efficiency, hormone balance/levels, blood type/ pressure, lean muscle mass, the list just keeps on going. I've read a lot of different books, magazines and articles that debate and try to give an answer to the topic, but because of the confusion and lack of details to said variables the answers are inconclusive.
My  personal opinion is that there cannot be more that around 20grams max absorbed and assimilated for muscle growth in that time frame. Now this is not advocating a low or lowered protein diet but simply saying there cannot be more that that used for the purposes of new muscle building in that time frame. This is not post workout or consumed upon waking but any other 2-3 hour time frame during the day.
