On a serious note, I don't have a problem with hispanics. I've met a bunch of them from Ecuador, Colombia, Puerto Rico and they were good natured, hard working people. It's just the illegals I can't stand because they act as though they can just come here and break the law. However, I know that most of them come here for better lives and it would be cripple our economy to just throw out 10-15 million people who work low wage jobs. That's I say give amnesty to the one's that are already here and close the borders.

My uncle's resteraunt has several hispanics and other assorted immigrants working, dunno if they're illegal or not. But if these employees were forced out then he'd incur huge costs every month and would probably face law suits for harsh work conditions. He simply could not hire some ordinary joe and expect him or her to work 12 hours with no sick pay or benefits in a kitchen where it exceeds 100 degrees f.

Just right; your economy have been build and based on the slavery, and illegals are just a modern word to it. They have no rights, they are underpaid and over strain, so only difference to real slaves is that they come in the USA voluntarily. What is the difference of salary between american and illegal worker? American gets at least 70-80% more for equal work ...

hands off the grill bitches! How will I make my carne asada? I love immigrants, seriously I do. And they are a very important part of our economy, but I can't help but be a little cynical because so many people had to do it the right way. I don't have an answer for it though so I will sit back and wait. In all honesty being military I haven't felt any effects of it yet.

90 k is what it cost us before we got here..
...i could give ya a long story but in short..cost us another 90ish before we got citizenships..it ws an issue of private buziness ownership vs a corporation ownseship..
