Should Jay Cutler be at the fight this weekend?
« on: April 30, 2007, 11:21:28 AM »
It would be a good opportunity for him to be seen and promote BBing and himself.  It is a huge event outside BBing.  Not to mention, he does live in Vegas.  It's only the biggest fight in years.

he's already been seen at a few big time UFC events, he lives in Vegas so i would think he probably goes all the time.

But do you think they'll point him out in the pre-fight commentary ... when they point out Nicolas Cage, Stallone and Mel Gibson in the crowd?

I think he is a fight fan. He was at a fight in Vegas I went to a couple years back.
It would be a good spotlight for him to showcase his charismatic personality :-)

I'm sure he is on the hollywood A list for the fight. ::)

He probably won't go because he'll be swarmed by the crowd wanting autographs and pictures. ::)

Jay himself admitts to being pretty frugal. Unless he's given some tix, I doubt he would pay the over the top asking price for ringside or even close to ringside.

He'll go there and pose a most muscular at the ticket counter, demanding a free ring side seat

I wasn't aware of Jay's " charismatic " personality ? When and where did he get it and how much did he pay for it ?

Sure they will, if he's ringside.  He needs to be there anyway's.  I would call Golden Boy Promotions in Los Angeles and see to it if I was him.  Shit, Lee Haney TRAINED Evander Holyfield.

Did Lee trained Evander to avoid another ear bitting?

Funny, but Haney trained Holyfield to move up from cruiserweight to heavyweight and maintain it.

Come on dude, if he calls Delahoya, I'm sure there will be a mention and a ticket for him.  Delahoya has been in Muscle and Fitness.  Delahoya controls all that goes on in the payper view.  Weider should hook him up.

Cage Fighting = White Trash Olympics
Hope this helps.

Maybe it's a boxing match, I don't even know...haha  Really, who cares.  If Tyson isn't biting people, boxing=bland.  You need a heavyweight who destroys opponents to spark interest in that hugging event.

I just hope he is not going to pay $35K for the ticket...
I've heard that some tickets are issued with that value...and that is simply - ridiculous!

i dont know...some of the front row are people making close to 30 mil or more a year.... or have so in the past....35k to see what can potentially be the greatest fight in boxing history may be in the ball park for a such enthusiast....
