He told me he gets around 8 grams of protein a day.

Discuss!

That could explain why he is so skinny.  He has muscle but he is very far from thick and having muscle density

hmmmm....so he basically eats no meat, takes in virtually no milk, cheese, eggs, yogurt..doesn't eat any beans or basically anything cause even alot of veggies have a protien value...ok.  I guess since he's basically surviving on raman noodles good for him.  What's your point?

I'm not dissing you, I just don't understand what the hell you're eating.  Raman noodles have to get pretty boring week in and week out.

I'm pretty sure his diet doesn't consist of 50 mg of dbol ED like it used to and thats why he's about half the size he was...

still looking good though

im not eating ramen noodles anymore , i eat a variety of stuff on weekends. but real low calories during the week and gatorade provides the right amount of electrolytes needed for energy especially when in a calorie deficit

squadfather- my appetite is pretty leveled off with all of the fluids from gatorade and water, the sodium from the gatorade is very satisfying and filling actually. its basically liquid food but with 1/3 of the calories but the gatorade is equal or greater in actual weight than of compared to solid foods

Would there be any connection between that amount of protein and how much smaller you look from your earlier pictures? Or am I missing something here?

a bag of top ramen has like ten grams of protein so i guess it takes that out of the question.

one bottle of gatorade probably is what almost 2 pounds? for 130 calories?

2 pounds of solid fat free food would yeild about 1000 calories

that is why im doing all gatorade, stupids. the literal weight is what fills you up. and the electrolytes then carbs for energy
