Any difference in these foods post workout?

peach cobbler and twizzlers or some ripoff "dextrose powder"? they're both simple sugars but the first tastes a hell of a lot better.

does it? my girlfriend made some and i thought she said it was only canned peaches, oatmeal, granola and some granulated sugar.

yes, becuase the former is mostly sucrose which is going to fill up your liver glycogen stores.

The dex will act on your muscle cells....hence it being more preferable

 the waxy maize is great post workout... i usually order the one from true protein.

Granola's got fat from the nuts in it, but not much I'd imagine. Either way, cobbler is crazy delicious.
