I agree, as soon as a child starts to show signs of being athletic they should inject him with a decent amount of anabolics and train him intensely to maximise his potential, maybe some type of larger hamster wheel which he would use whenever hes awake stopping only for sustanance and maybe some stimulants to keep his energy up, probably the age of 3 would be the right time to start this program.

There was a study done almost 20 years ago and it was on 60 Minutes. Young boys getting gyno and little girls hitting puberty as young as 9 all related to the hormones in meat.
