yes i was looking through this months, or perhaps last months issue of muscle and fitness or it might've been an older issue, anyway there was this studie that with music people lifted more - yes!
so my guess is next will be that the type of music youre listening to makes a difference as well. what can we learn from this? well for starters we should all be starting to lift to music. next we might need to cycle music so trick the body. and we also need to found out which music makes us lift the most.
im thinking of country western myself. i see myself as a cowboy and the open range. a killer of indians and a gunslinger. all this works very well with the country western music i got blasting in my headphones (igrado, editors choice, stereoplay magazine, germany)
