He should not be allowed on stage, the promoters should have told him to leave for showing up like that. Would it be ok for a women to show up at a beauty pageant looking like complete shit compared to everyone else. I mean seriously why don't they just let normal people compete in the special olympics since the retards can compete with normal people. I don't give a shit about rights cause that isn't a public show, it's not free or held by the state/country so discrimination is allowed to happen. It's because of people like that guy that I think people should NOT have equal rights since we aren't all equal.

I absolutely agree....I've stated before in another thread why I feel this way--first and foremost is that this is called a competition. 

And you're right, at the national level, you'd be hard-pressed to find a beauty pageant contestant who looks like shit; however, at the prelims/state level, it is just like amateur bodybuilding: you see ALL sorts, because it's all about the entrance fees (which is around $1000 for the state-level USA system--Donald Trump).

That's steve.  he's the man in NY.  Even when he doesn't make top 5 they let him pose because many people stay just to see him.  his routine has been the most entertaining part of any show he's been in.

He should absolutely be allowed to compete. That's the beauty of the local shows.  You sometimes get to see someone who has no business being onstage and it's funny as hell.  If you've ever seen him pose, you'll never forget him.

I don't think he's totally there but definately not to the point of being mentally hadicapped. He even talks crap backstage to the competitors and try to psyche them out, lol.  He genuinely believes he's on the caliber of Ronnie and Jay.
A little annoying but very funny.

Ah, I see you've seen Steve in action too.  Isn't it great when he flexes his tricep and points to it.  I always get a good laugh when he comes on and he always gets the most applause in the shows I've seen him in.  The thing of it is a lot of people never go to shows so they really don't understand how much fun people have watching guys like that, he's the comic relief of the evening.
