that tall leg machine by Hammer is the worst and dumbest machine ever made in the US.  but this arm machine Vince made for his gym in Australia is bad too

he made some stupid comment eariler about chest isoloation machines are bad because they target a specifc area while free weights are better because they work secondary muscle...at that point I realized that most likely he doesn't work out

most half wits know that... still, nothin funnier than the tools that come into the gym every night and spend an hour on bench with their buddies... they never grow a chest and disappear when they turn sideways..

I've always found those seated, weighted, twisting abducter machines to be fuckin useless

Yeah every gym has a few groups of guys like that, the best part is when you find out they have been goin to the gym for over 5-10years and used to lift more when they first started ;D

Yeah they just shut down the Golds near there so allot of members have been comin up my way. I work at Golds Limerick which is owned by the same guy at Golds in Oaks you get a dual membership if you sign up.
