the problem is that all these fucking magazines are SPONSORED by the supp industry. The supp industry wants to seel its shit, that's why they say 15g creatine (with a 30g loading phase) or you can buy the new hyperspaceysuper-creatine where you only need to take half, but you pay double.

I agree, most people can skip the pre and during work out shakes. The the post workout should be more than enough

and i dont think that shake is the reason for it. mass ammounts of real food and drugs is.
