It pops out part way through and he starts sticking his stomach waaay out and holds his abs in pain. It happens when he's doing a side abs/thighs.

I didn't see anything happen at 3:25, except he leaned back and resumed back 'relaxed.' But, as the image above shows, I saw that stick out of his gut around 3:38...very odd. Maybe cramping and/or muscle spasms due to low fluids/diuretics? :-\
And just before that, I was watching him and thinking "that is how I want my midsection to look."
I'd still take that body any day over someone like Ruhl.

looks to me like he had a hernia. he flexed hard and it gave way, which is why it pooched out like that. or it's a massive ab cramp. either way, it would make his stomach stick out like crazy. same happened to me a few months ago.

Looks like a cramp, like his muscle totally locked up. That must have been painful as fuck.

I rarely see live action bbing. Those guts are fucking disgusting.

I had a hernia, though it was inguinal and not umbilical, and it didn't look like that. Horvath's "injury" stuck out with a shape similar to the muscle horizontally. Unless it was a freak hernia, I don't think it would have that shape.
