This past month i made some good improvements. I was able to shed more then a inch of my waist, and my upperarm increased for half a inch at the same time i swear to god. My arm is now 15 inches cold, and my stomack so mutch smaller, in just a month!!!! How is this posslible you ask yourself? i dont know either, but its the true story.
So donmt believe everything you read about that you cant gain muscle while you re loosing fat. It a myth. I train for 6 years, and i got serious for the last 2 moths in the gym. 3 times a week. Im still trying to loose fat.
I have a 3 days diet split. Baically 2 days of low carbs, all small meals, but eat 6 times a day.
3rd day i eat everything i can get my hands on, including kookies, mcdonalds ,fat meet.
Ow my remarkable gains also have to do something with my new spupplement, omega 3/6/9 fatty acids. I higly recommend t to you, expecially for Big naw because he is trying hard to break the 15 inch arm measurement, of pure muscle not fat. Im up to 30 ml omega a day and every week i will increase the subtance up to 50 ml a day, and then continue 50 ml for a year. I give The Luke much credit for this supplement, he advised it to me. Thats all kids, dont do steroids, you dont need them.
