Mindspin, if you don't mind, how much cardio were you doing in the 6-8 weeks prior to when this picture was taken?
What did your weight training regimen look like in the 6-8 weeks leading up to when this picture was taken?
Please clarify to us how you'd have been eating differently to qualify you as having been on a "diet," in your opinion, in the weeks preceding this photo being taken.

Cardio: 20-40 mnts 2x/day - 5-6 days/week; mostly hiking.
Weight training: never changes - heavy 4 days/week
Nutrition: nothing crazy....low carbs, high protein, moderate fat. Mainly fish, turkey, rice, oatmeal nuts & protein shakes; no ECA or anything like that. I used Connelly's protein mixed with the Yates Approved ProPeptide.
