Serious question for negative get big posters ??

Speaking of bipolar disorder and positive and negative it makes me wonder if guys like Goatboy use anonymous accounts to knock people and be negative, and then have other accounts where they do the opposite or behave more civilly. It makes no sense why someone would remain anonymous year after year and post thousands of messages and just knock others. I can't see the payback. I guess some guys here might be a bit nuts. Debussey needs help. That guy is outta control.

I have been on forums where anonymous characters show up to do the dirty business that 'good guys' don't want to be seen doing. I would bet this happens on Getbig a lot. Here on Getbig those nasty 'vigilantes' are almost heroes. Behaviours like this will never make any sense to intelligent people. In the Milos vs Shawn thread an anonymous character appears to support Shawn's opinion and do his dirty work. That is just too convenient to be an accident. On Getbig we have to assume it is Shawn until proved otherwise. On Getbig you are guilty until proved otherwise!

Hey Vince, long time no see. 'Vigilantes' is an apt word for what goes on on here. I also think there is a lot of theatricality, too. People start posting with the best of intentions, etc. and find out sooner than later that there is more fun in being bad than good. Like an actor who would rather play the villain than the sheriff because there is more range, more meat, in the role.

I used to think he was manic/depressive or bi-polar or whatever it was called. He'd start by being all positive and say he was primed to get ripped.........then he would post about how he hates all that is 'new' bb'ing and how he can't lose weight....and then silence, for months. Cycle would then repeat.   

It is pretty simple.  I come on and get caught up with all the usual stuff and get in touch with those I have met at shows or exhange posts with that have a real "identity" etc. However, I quickly learn that you have the keep this and related and firums at "arms length" . Case in point is to look at the majority of the last posts and similar posts here at GET BIG. Just a bunch of useless crap , mostly negative with some witty quips, etc. If you saw my retared interview with Jason you would quickly realize that the sport is a fun and enjoyable hobby for me. I don't get too serious , and now ignore most of the stupid crap, that has no real info, etc.

  I can't fathom why anyone would waste so much time, enrgy and bandwidth on such useless  , negative posting??? It seems pretty senseless, but obviously some here seem to get off on it for whatever reason(s).??

In the end I just shake my head, say wtf and ignore it. Besides NONE of of the negative , juvenille posters ever meet me at shows or events anyway, so do they even exist as real people?  However guys like Issac or others like him who are cool, secure fun dudes, do post who they are. If I avoided get big because of the virtual trolls, I would never meet cool folks like Issac. So, I take the good with the bad and enjoy my bodybuilding life.
I may not be anything great but I am proud of my life and don't mind saying what I believe without hiding behind a cpu screen. How many of the trolls can say that hehehe.
Besides site founder Ron A is a good guy and I am impressed with all he has done with GET BIG.
If it ever gets to be a bother,or no fun,  one can simply stay off the site and continue with real "LIFE". Sadly the internet has created a bunch of identies that only exist in "virtaul space". Pretty sad and pathetic if you ask me.
Kinda like those that flame and post negative crap or delusional goals but will NEVER admit who or what they really are.
Talk about a bunch of losers. Unlike some however, I laugh at this kind of person I have no desire to waste the energy meeting up with , fighting or even posting back to 99% of them.

I will no longer waste my time with a reply to to those who act juvenille, negative or fail to post their real name and identity. To do so is to give credence to them and thus they "exist".
Look for the last time, I am a happy, fun loving guy with a teaching career I love and blessed to have a wonderful loving woman (BETH). I laugh and chuckle a lot more at he negative stuff then you would ever imagine .
In the end , 5 min later, I don't even get it a 2nd thought.
